The Agatha Christie swim was a huge success. The first swimmer to reach Broadsands from Goodrington Sands came in at 25mins. The mayor of Torbay also completed the swim. Another treat for the spectators was the steam train special which visited Torbay. It was The Duke Of Gloucester a lovely sight. Around £8000 was raised for Devon Air Ambulance, but I am sure there is more to come. Well done to every one who entered, it was a great day for all.
